At Eagles Nest Outfitters, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new hammock or accessory isn't the perfect fit for your adventures, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your gear in its original packaging.

  Drop Off Your Package

  Affix the label to your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
